Merry Christmas, 2008!

Merry Christmas! Our cards still have not arrived, so you will all be getting them late this year. Oh well, it's the thought that counts, right? At least we all know now that I am not perfect...KIDDING! Anyhow, Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to all of our family & friends. We feel so very blessed to have you in our lives. We have felt so loved over the past month since the birth of Lyla. Thanks to all of you for your love, support, gifts, meals, phone calls, & visits! We wish you all the best this Christmas season & hope that your holidays are as special as ours have been.

Peekaboo Photos!

I just got these darling pictures back from Peekaboo Photos. They were taken of Lyla Jane at 2 weeks. If any of you are looking for someone to take pictures of you kids, I highly recommend Kate. She is amazing! Check out the link to her blog to see more of her work.

4 Weeks Old

4 weeks old & still cute as ever. Lyla Jane is maintaining her rigorous schedule of eating, sleeping, & pooping. What a tough life!

Private Time

I couldn't find William today so I started to look around the house for him (this usually means that he is getting himself into trouble). You can imagine how hard I started to laugh when I opened the bathroom door & found this! I guess everyone, even a 3-year-old, needs a little "private time" now & then! Of course, Will was reading a "Thomas the Train" book. Classic!

All Aboard!

We went with our dear friends the Gublers to Heber to ride the "Polar Express." The kids were so excited (especially William, who is currrently OBSESSED with trains). Will spent the majority of the train ride looking out the window... Most of the pictures I got of him were of the back of his head. Liv must have recited her Christmas list to me 100 times...She wanted to be prepared to tell Santa! When Santa finally did arrive, Will just kept repeating over & over, "I want trains, I want trains, I want trains." It was pretty funny. Hopefully Santa got the message. Although the train was a little slow (it's not called the Heber Creeper for nothing), we had a great time. It was a fun way to add to the magic of the Christmas season. Thanks for going with us Kristin & Randy! We love you!

Time Flies!!!

I can't believe Lyla is already 3 weeks old! When I was pregnant, it seemed like she was NEVER going to get here & now the time is flying by. I haven't been very good at posting lately...still trying to get down this 3 kids thing! But Lyla is a dream baby. She is getting up just 1 time at night & rarely cries. We are all in baby heaven!
