As most of you know, I can be a little obsessive (at least I can admit it). I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do in Lyla's nursery. I used Olivia's old bedding but wanted to put a new spin on the room. Well, I am happy to say that it is FINALLY done. (P.S. Not one word, Jess!!! Love you!)

A Crazy Week
Wow!!! What a week. It started off with a slow Monday & a sick Miss Olivia. But we made up for it! Tuesday...Chuck E. Cheese, Wednesday...Draper Park, Thursday...Thanksgiving Point, & Friday...Children's Museum with our cousin, Hudson. I will be paying for it this week since my house now looks like a bomb went off. Seriously, did a tornado come through town that I am not aware of?
5 Months Old
Is it just me, or is time going by REALLY fast? I can't believe that this little one is already 5 months old. I know I say the same thing every month, but I honestly cannot believe it. Lyla contintues to be the best little baby. She has such a sweet dispostion (I am sure she gets that from me!). As I am sure you can tell from the picture, she is still drooling...LOTS!!! We are all smitten by her...especially William. They have become great buddies. Lyla thinks he is hilarious. No one can make her laugh like Will, which he loves of course! She is not quite sitting up, but we are working on it. Bring on the Bumbo chair!
On your mark, Get set...EGGS!
We finally made it to our neighborhood Easter egg hunt this year! Olivia & Will had such a great time. It was a little chilly, but they didn't seem to mind. I am sure it had something to do with the hundreds of plastic candy-filled eggs that were lying all over the lawn. The Easter Bunny even hopped on by. Although William informed me with a rather disgusted voice that it wasn't the real Easter Bunny. Thanks to the Morgans & Gallups for organizing everything. We are so blessed to live in such a fun neighborhood!
Easter Festivities!
My kids have been blessed with two wonderful grandmas! Every holiday they both plan the funnest parties for their grandkids. This Easter was NO exception. Grandma Linda entertained them with an egg hunt, dying eggs, & decorating egg-shaped sugar cookies (William insisted on frosting all of his cookies blue. After all, blue is his favorite color as he likes to tell us literally EVERY time he sees something blue). Then it was off to Grandma Alana's for an egg relay race, bunny craft, & scavenger hunt. Thank you to both grandmas for always making my children have such special & memorable holidays. They are so lucky to have you & love you more than you'll ever know!

Birthday Fun
Today is my dear friend Heather's birthday. We celebrated yesterday with some "girl time" & lunch at Zinn Bistro (really yummy food for those of you who haven't been there). It was a blast! Happy Birthday, Heather...Thanks for being my best friend!
Would you ever believe that Liv is pregnant
& due in 6 weeks?
